The rotor stator is our core expertise. We continuously add new models for varying materials. Traditionally we started with the construction industry, but over the years we have expanded our rotor stator range to refractory and other industries. We stock over 140 different sets of rotor stator pumps in high quantities.

Aside from our fixed rotor stator catalogue, we provide custom-made solutions for customers with special needs. Whether this means a special rubber for the stator, a different rotor head design or a whole new geometry.

Rotors

Our precisely drilled rotors are made out of high alloyed tool steel. They are hardened to withstand even the most abrasive materials. The tool steel quality is the highest you will find on the market for rotor stator pumps. In recent years we have also added cast iron rotors for certain models as a more economical option. But unless otherwise indicated, you can expect tool steel rotors.

Below we display the most common rotor head types, but we can customise them depending on the customer’s needs.

Stators

The stators are also customisable to a degree. We have different rubber options to fit any specific need. Generally, we can supply any model in our range with rubber from 53 to 73 shore hardness.
